Terms of Service — Lucky Loot

By purchasing a ball or using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About Lucky Loot
Lucky Loot sells entry into a numbered ball draw. Each draw pool has 50 numbered balls, each pre-assigned a real prize (ranging from entry-level jewellery to premium and "Lucky Prize" items). When you buy a ball, you're buying one number from that pool and choosing silver or gold. Every ball wins a real prize — there is no losing ball.

2. The Draw
Draws are recorded on video by us and posted publicly once complete. Balls are pulled without being pre-selected or influenced. We don't run draws live — the video is filmed, then published.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase a ball. Lucky Loot is a fun experience for kids and grown women alike, but the person completing the purchase and payment must be an adult. A ball may be bought as a gift or on behalf of a child by their parent or guardian.

4. Pricing & Payment
Each ball costs R450 unless otherwise stated on the site at checkout. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at checkout to secure your ball — balls are not held or reserved without payment.

5. Prize Fulfilment & Shipping
Once your draw is complete, your prize is packed and shipped nationwide via CourierIT or The Courier Guy. See our Shipping Policy for dispatch times, delivery times, and tracking details.

6. Prize Variations
Prize photos on the site and in the Prize Chart are representative. Actual pieces may vary slightly in exact design due to handmade or limited stock. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a different item or tier.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Because each prize is a randomised item tied to your specific ball, all draw purchases are final and non-refundable once the draw has taken place. If your item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luckyloot.co.za and we'll make it right.

8. Fair Play
Every ball number is mapped to one prize before the draw happens, and that mapping isn't changed once balls go on sale. We film every draw so you can see exactly how it went.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with the draw process, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, photos, videos, and the Lucky Loot name and branding — belongs to Lucky Loot and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
Lucky Loot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or participation in a draw, beyond the value of the ball purchased, except where liability cannot be excluded under South African law.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
