Every order ships nationwide across South Africa with CourierIT or The Courier Guy — whichever gives the best service to your area. Both are reliable, trackable, door-to-door services.

Dispatch time

Once your draw is done, your prize is packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time

Most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Major centres are usually on the faster end; outlying areas can take a little longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel the whole way.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We ship to exactly what's provided, and can't take responsibility for parcels sent to an address the customer entered incorrectly.
